Hello and welcome to the auction of My 1986 C' registered Jaguar XJS 3.6 Manual. Recorded mileage is 89,850 with evidence of previous MOTs and history to support this. I have owned and driven XJS cars for over 10 years and believe this is one of the finest condition examples at the reserve price of this auction. Here are some details :Cranberry red metallic exterior with biscuit leather interior and elm veneer 1986 C registered car firstly owned by Jaguar Cars for 6 months and then by its second owner till 2011. This is possibly a US press car as it has been fitted with the American sidelights from new. However this is a UK spec car and not from the US. Further details maybe available from the Jaguar Heritage Centre.I have recieipts for over £12000 including a full bodywork restoration and repaint in 1999 by a Jaguar coachworks specialist. Even today it is totally stunning throughout. You would have to spend thousands on a cheaper one to get it in this condition. Original coachlines have been fitted too.All chromework is in excellent condition, the sills and lower areas are excellent. The underneath is also solid. The car drives well, there is good history present to support replacement Boge shock absorbers all round and front brake discs/pads renewal.Recent engine oil/filter and gearbox oil changesCoolant system is in good order.Interior in good condition and it has a mint condition headlining. Interior and boot carpets have all been renewed. Original Jaguar FM radio cassette is still fitted.All alloy wheels have been refurbished to original specification. They are all unmarked. The car is fitted with excellent tread Pirelli P4000 tyres all round.All front and rear lights are in pristine condition.MOT till June 2012The car is garaged and not driven in bad weather.
