Introduction I bought this XJS late last year as a summer restoration project. Unfortunately due to other unexpected commitments I now do not have the time to complete the work needed to return it properly to its former glory. Having passed an MOT easily last Sep the car is mechanically sound and roadworthy: most of the attention needed is to the bodywork. Unsightly rust patches are appearing around the edges.
